The Max II Micro Kit is a compact but versatile digital design lab based around the Altera EPM2210 device. Power is provided to the board via the USB connector which also provides on board USB Blaster functionality (JTAG mode only). Supplied with Altera's Quartus II Web edition and a number of design examples the kit provides an ideal platform for first time Altera users or users wanting to increase their familiarity with the MAX II device range. The generous prototype area also makes the board a very economical general purpose prototype tool.
